Follow this link to apply: <a href="http://myapps.kwiktrip.com">myapps.kwiktrip.com </a><br><strong>Location:</strong> CDL Driving positions near the La Crosse Area <br><strong>Shift:</strong> Variable<br><strong>Experience:</strong> Less than 1 year <br><strong>Average Yearly Pay Range:</strong> $65,000 - $127,000</span></span></p><p><span style="font-size:12.0px"><span style="font-family:Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif">In addition to base pay, our drivers have the ability to earn up to $9400 in quarterly incentive and safe driving bonuses, Kwik Trip gives 40% of pre-tax profits back to our coworkers with bonuses ranging from 8-12% of each coworker’s gross annual wage depending on company profitability and offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401k, paid time off, and more.</span></span></p><p> </p><br><p><strong>Get paid to go to school for your CDL! - Have your CDL tuition paid for! - Have a job after your CDL training is complete!</strong></p><p><a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=R82J2VZUqCo"><strong>Check out this video to learn more about our program</strong></a></p><p> </p><p><strong><em>Benefits</em></strong></p><p>$5,000 sign on bonus</p><p>Get paid while attending tuition paid for CDL School</p><p><strong>3 weeks paid vacation- First year</strong></p><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li>40 hours at 90 days</li><li>40 hours at 120 days</li><li>Accrue 40 hours total in 1st year</li><li>40 hours at 1- year anniversary</li></ul><p>Average salary of $92,000 a year once an established driver</p><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li>Including $9,400 for safety/performance bonuses annually</li></ul><p><strong>Basic job responsibilities of the Delivery Assistant position include, but are not limited to: </strong></p><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li>Assisting with unloading up to 30,000 pounds of product at our Kwik Trip Stores</li><li>Placing products in the correct location (cooler, freezer, backroom)</li><li>Being able to work with minimal supervision, in a safety conscious environment, and in a variety of weather/temperature conditions</li></ul><p><strong><em>CDL Delivery Assistant/CDL Driver Trainee Requirements:</em></strong></p><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li>At least 18 years old to be a Delivery Assistant and at least 21 years old to be a CDL Driver Trainee</li><li>Excellent driving record in accordance with Kwik Trip’s driving matrix</li></ul><p><strong><em>Specific CDL Driver Trainee Requirements:</em></strong></p><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li>At least 21 years of age or turning 21 by completion of CDL driving course</li><li>Ability to meet DOT requirements upon the completion of training which include, but are not limited to a DOT drug screen and DOT physical</li><li>Willing to sign contract to enter Kwik Trip’s CDL Tuition Reimbursement Program</li><li>Commitment to accept a driving position with Kwik Trip upon completion of apprenticeship</li></ul><p><strong><em>Physical requirements:</em></strong><em> </em> Sit up to 6 hours at a time; stand up to 2 hours at a time; bend/reach/twist/stoop/squat frequently; lift up to 75 pounds to waist level occasionally; lift up to 70 pounds to 60 inches occasionally; lift up to 40 pounds to 72 inches frequently; carry 90 pounds occasionally; push/pull up to 100 pounds of force occasionally.</p><p><strong><em>Work Schedule:</em></strong><br>40 to 60 hours per week, including weekends and holidays</p><p><strong><em><span style="-webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0); text-size-adjust: none; text-decoration: underline;">14-week CDL Training Program Includes:</span></em></strong></p><p>First 6 Weeks: As a Delivery Assistant you will primarily work 10-12 hours during day shift. While completing your CDL training course, your schedule will be a day shift as you attend classes.</p><p>Second 8 weeks- Once promoted to a CDL Driver Trainee, the schedule will be night shift while you work with trainers.
