<p><span style="font-size:14px">LeMay PCR, a Waste Connections company, is seeking a safety-conscious Union Class A CDL Driver to join our team in Frederickson, WA. </span></p><div><p>This is a stable, full-time opportunity with competitive union pay, benefits, and long-term career growth.</p></div><p></p><div><p></p><p><b>Pay and Schedule</b></p><ul><li><p><span>The starting wage is $30.49 per hour (91% of full union scale), with the full union scale at $33.51 per hour as outlined in the Teamsters Local 313 agreement.</span></p></li><li><p><span>The schedule is Monday–Friday starting at 6:00 AM, occasional Saturdays as needed, and an average workweek of approximately 45 hours.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Union Position: Includes full union benefits and pension plan</span></p></li></ul><p><b>Duties and Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li><p>Operate a Class A tractor-trailer (manual transmission) on dedicated local routes</p></li><li><p>Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, including checking fluids, tires, and safety equipment</p></li><li><p>Maintain compliance with DOT safety regulations</p></li><li><p>Provide courteous and professional customer service</p></li><li><p>Perform physically demanding work, including lifting up to 50 pounds regularly</p></li><li><p>Climb in and out of the truck cab multiple times per day (40+ times)</p></li><li><p>Opportunity for training on Roll-Off equipment</p></li><li><p>Complete other job-related duties as assigned</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Working Conditions and Physical Requirements</b></p><ul><li><p>Work outdoors in all weather conditions, including rain, heat, and cold</p></li><li><p>Exposure to moving mechanical parts, fumes, vibration, and moderate noise levels</p></li><li><p>Frequent climbing, lifting, and physical activity required throughout the shift</p></li><li><p>Must be able to safely perform all essential job functions</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Minimum Requirements</b></p><ul><li><p>Valid Class A CDL (Commercial Driver’s License)</p></li><li><p>Minimum of 3 years of Class A commercial driving experience, preferably with 53' trailers</p></li><li><p>Clean driving record in compliance with DOT regulation 49 CFR 383.51</p></li><li><p>High School Diploma or GED</p></li><li><p>Ability to perform physically demanding work without restriction</p></li><li><p>Basic knowledge of truck components and inspections</p></li><li><p>Strong safety mindset and customer service skills</p></li><li><p>Ability to work in all weather conditions</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>SAFETY SENSITIVE: YES</b></p><p></p><div><p>To be considered for any of our current openings, you must complete an application at www.careers.wasteconnections.com.
