You work in permanent employment of your choice:
– Morning/afternoon shift: 06:00 – 14:30
Of
– Evening shift: 14:30 – 22:30

What are you going to do?

As an Operator, you and your colleagues will ensure our production process runs smoothly, safely and efficiently. You play an important role in processing and packaging high-quality shrimp products.

Your duties will include:

• Setting up, converting, and operating packaging machines;
• Performing quality and process checks;
• Cleaning of machinery in accordance with hygiene and safety regulations.;
• Monitoring product traceability;
• Contributing to a safe and hygienic working environment.

Who are we looking for?

You have a technical mindset, think in terms of solutions and like to get your hands dirty. In addition, you recognise yourself in the following:

• You have a completed vocational technical education (MBO) (preferably VAPRO);
• You have experience as an Operator or in a similar technical role.;
• Experience in the food industry would be a bonus.;
• You live in the Netherlands.;
• You can work well both independently and as part of a team.;
• You have a good command of the English language; Dutch is a plus;
• You have basic knowledge of food safety or are willing to learn.

• A gross monthly salary between €3,100 and €3,500 (based on full-time and experience);
• A contract for 12 months;
• 25 holidays per year;

• Travel expenses of €0.23 per km from 10 km one way;
• Additional benefits such as company fitness and a bicycle scheme.
