REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

2 years of electro-mechanical maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.

• Demonstrated experience with PLC hardware/software, NEC, and NFPA 70E, with the ability to read blueprints and electrical/mechanical schematics.

• High school diploma or GED

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Experience supporting high-speed manufacturing or packaging equipment.

• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and preventive maintenance skills.

• Excellent communication, teamwork, and customer service mindset.

 

EQUIPMENT & WORK ENVIRONMENT

• Use diagnostic and precision measuring equipment including digital voltmeters (DVMs), micrometers, calipers, and alignment tools.

• Work with electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment in a manufacturing environment.

• Exposure to electrical systems from 24 VDC through 480 VAC.

• Ability to work overtime and other shifts as business needs require.

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE

Pay: $25/hour

Shift:

  • MON-FRI, 10AM-6PM
  • OT may be required depending on client business needs

ROLE IMPACT

  • Support a fast-paced packaging manufacturing operation by keeping production and support equipment operating safely, efficiently, and reliably.
  • Success in this role is measured by minimizing downtime through preventive maintenance, effective troubleshooting, quality repairs, and continuous equipment improvements while maintaining a strong commitment to safety and customer service.
  • Inspect, test, troubleshoot, repair, install, and maintain production and facility support equipment.
  • Perform preventive maintenance and respond to equipment breakdowns involving electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
  • Diagnose and repair AC/DC motors, starters, breakers, transformers, relays, fuses, AC/DC drives, chains, sprockets, rollers, conveyors, air compressors, pumps, valves, IR heaters, and other continuous process equipment.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and mechanical drawings to complete repairs accurately.
  • Safely troubleshoot and repair electrical systems ranging from 24 VDC to 480 VAC while following established safety procedures.
