About the RoleYou’ll be supporting individuals with mental health concerns, complex care needs, learning disabilities, and addiction backgrounds to live independently in their own homes. This isn’t always easy—some days will test your patience and creativity—but the rewards are huge.
What You’ll DoYour role will be varied and hands-on, including:
✔ Medication administration
✔ Cooking and meal prep
✔ Personal care
✔ Helping manage finances and maintain a safe home

This role can be emotionally and mentally demanding. You’ll need:

Our service runs 24/7, so flexibility is key. You’ll work day shifts with some weekends and occasional waking nights.
