As a Layout Engineer, you will be responsible for creating optimal solutions for poultry processing systems by designing layouts for the sales solution, in accordance with the customer need. You are the one who combines our portfolio with the customer needs. Your contributions will directly impact the efficiency and sustainability of food production processes worldwide. What you'll be doing: Create, develop and maintain factory, production and process designs in 2D and 3D CAD environments. Conduct continuous multi-disciplinary, technical coordination to ensure a great holistic factory design. Plan, prioritize and execute technical tasks within defined scope, delivering layouts and project drawings to highly demanding internal customers. Support stakeholders and projects with layout solutions in a high-paced development process. Lead and/or participate in projects focused on continuous improvement of our deliverables and processes. What Kind of Person Are You? We value individuality and diversity, encouraging all 12.000+ employees to bring their unique selves to work. To excel in this role, you should: BSc in Engineering, preferably within Production Management/Logistics/Engineering, Process or Mechanical Engineering or similar 2-4 years of experience in manufacturing or production development, specifically regarding factory layout, factory/production design, process design or similar. Professional experience with 2D/3D Factory Design tools such as Autodesk Inventor, AutoCAD Great English written and verbal skills to ensure smooth and efficient communication with all stakeholders. Demonstrate the ability to deliver results and meet customer expectations.
