Then this is your opportunity to join Arla and make a real impact.</p><p> </p><p><strong>How you will make an impact</strong></p><p>In this role, you will drive core Group Accounting processes with a focus on consolidation, intercompany governance, audit coordination and financial masterdata maintenance . You will lead and develop a team of 9 FTEs, ensuring high-quality financial reporting and continuous improvement. You will collaborate across Finance functions and act as a key partner for senior stakeholders in the global organisation.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Specifically, you will</strong></p><p>• Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidation process</p><p>• Oversee intercompany accounting processes and ensure alignment across markets</p><p>• Coordinate audit activities on group level</p><p>• Act as a guardian of financial masterdata objects and its maintenance</p><p>• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 9 finance professionals</p><p>• Act as system owner and key user for SAP Group Reporting</p><p>• Drive continuous improvements within Group Accounting governance and reporting</p><p> </p><p><strong>What will make you successful</strong></p><p>We are looking for a strong finance professional with deep expertise in group accounting and a proven track record in consolidation. You bring professionalism, structure, and leadership capabilities, enabling your team to thrive.</p><p>• Minimum 6+ years of experience within Finance</p><p>• Strong experience in consolidation and group accounting processes</p><p>• Hands-on experience with SAP Group Reporting</p><p>• Proven leadership experience, ideally managing teams in a complex international setup</p><p>• Personal strengths collaborative mindset, strong communication, and ability to inspire and lead others</p><p> </p><p><strong>What do we offer?</strong></p><p>You will join a collaborative, purpose-driven finance community working closely together to deliver high-quality results.
