Industrial Sales & Client Relations Specialist
Location: Brownsville, TX
Travel Required: Throughout Texas and Mexico
Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated Industrial Sales & Client Relations Specialist to manage customer relationships, support sales growth, and ensure exceptional client service. This role involves regular communication with clients through phone calls, emails, and in-person visits, while coordinating inventory, resolving issues, and strengthening long-term business partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and grow relationships with industrial and manufacturing clients
- Follow up with customers through phone calls, emails, and on-site visits
- Travel throughout Texas and Mexico to meet with clients and support business needs
- Track and manage customer inventory accurately
- Prepare reports, analyze data, and maintain records using Excel
- Identify customer concerns and provide timely resolutions
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met
- Support sales activities, account management, and business development efforts
- Maintain consistent communication and follow-up with existing and prospective customers
Requirements
- Previous experience in Industrial Sales, Account Management, Customer Service, Client Relations, or Business Development
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building abilities
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
- Ability and willingness to travel within Texas and Mexico
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
