Role Overview:

The Country Manager – Thailand will lead and expand the company's presence in Thailand, taking full ownership of commercial strategy, revenue growth, and market development. This role oversees sales, partnerships, and local brand positioning.

The role is responsible for driving growth through partner networks (IBs, affiliates, influencers), direct client acquisition, and localized go-to-market strategies, while ensuring alignment with global objectives and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Strategy & Ownership

  • Develop and implement a country-specific growth strategy aligned with global objectives.
  • Identify market opportunities, target segments, and product positioning within Thailand.
  • Take ownership of revenue, deposits, and trading volume targets at the country level.

Revenue Growth & Sales Leadership

  • Lead client acquisition, engagement, and retention across direct and partner channels.
  • Build and manage local sales and business development teams where needed.
  • Design and execute incentive programs, campaigns, and sales strategies to drive performance.

Partnership Development & Ecosystem Growth

  • Build and expand a strong network of introducing brokers (IBs), affiliates, and influencers.
  • Manage key partnerships and high-value client relationships.
  • Enhance partner performance through structured engagement, incentives, and reporting.

Brand Positioning & Market Presence

  • Drive local marketing initiatives, events, and strategic partnerships.
  • Ensure campaigns are culturally relevant and tailored to the Thai market.
  • Establish the company as a trusted and leading brokerage in the region.

Operations & Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Payments, and Compliance teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Oversee local operations, including onboarding, KYC processes, and payment systems.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and internal policies.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Track and report key metrics such as new accounts, active clients, deposits, and trading volumes.
  • Provide forecasts and strategic insights to senior management.
  • Continuously optimize performance using data-driven approaches.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Forex, CFDs, or financial services, including experience in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience in scaling markets or managing country/regional P&L.
  • Strong network within the Thai trading, IB, and affiliate ecosystem.
  • In-depth knowledge of trading platforms, financial instruments, and brokerage operations.
  • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to execute strategies effectively.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Fluency in Thai and English is required.
