As Junior Sous Chef you will:
Work closely with the senior chefs to support the day-to-day running of the kitchen
Run sections confidently and assist in supervising junior members of the brigade
Maintain exceptional standards of preparation, presentation and organisation
Help ensure smooth and efficient service within a busy professional kitchen
Assist with training and development of junior chefs
Maintain the highest standards of hygiene and kitchen management
