Role: Global Mobility Analyst, home-based [MPI-060228]
Scope: Supporting the administration and delivery of compensation services to the global IA population
Duties & Responsibilities include:
• Effective use of Assignment Pro for administration and reporting
• Keep process and procedural documentation updated and constantly seek efficiencies and best practice
• Administration of monthly non-payroll charges
• Administration of monthly International Assignment payroll
• Project Management
Skills & Experience:
• Excellent numeracy and organisational skills
• Experience of using Assignment Pro an advantage
• Ability to work both as part of a team and independently
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail, accuracy and time efficiency
