Are you an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor looking to join a well-established, supportive Scottish firm with a strong pipeline of high-quality residential work?

We’re partnering with a respected legal practice with deep roots in the local community, known for its strong property reputation and commitment to excellent client care. Due to continued demand, the firm is looking to appoint an organised and client-focused Solicitor to join their busy Residential Conveyancing team.

You’ll manage your own end-to-end caseload of residential property transactions, guiding clients through one of the most important processes of their lives. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys building strong client relationships and working in a collaborative, friendly environment.

Your work will include:

• Managing a varied caseload including sales, purchases, remortgages and title transfers
• Providing clear, practical legal advice throughout each transaction
• Drafting and reviewing all key legal documentation
• Conducting title investigations, ordering and reviewing searches, submitting offers and coordinating surveys
• Managing lender documentation and ensuring all legal conditions are satisfied in time for completion
• Liaising with Estate Agents, solicitors, lenders and other professionals to progress transactions smoothly

What You’ll Bring:

• Qualified Solicitor (Scotland) with experience in Residential Conveyancing
• Strong understanding of Scottish property law and conveyancing procedures
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Confident communication style with the ability to simplify complex matters for clients
• A proactive and solution-focused approach to managing caseloads
