The Role

Reporting to the Head of Finance & Resources, you'll lead the HR team while overseeing the full employee lifecycle, workforce planning, recruitment, employee relations, policy development and organisational change. You'll provide expert HR advice to senior stakeholders, champion employee engagement and wellbeing, and ensure the HR function remains compliant, efficient and forward-thinking.

About You

You'll have:

• Significant senior HR leadership experience
• Chartered CIPD status (or working towards)
• Strong employment law knowledge
• Experience managing complex employee relations cases
• A track record of developing HR strategy and leading change
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience leading and developing HR teams
