Machine Operator – 3-Day Schedule with Double Time Sundays

This is your chance to work onsite at Titleist in New Bedford, where precision, teamwork, and high-quality production come together every day. We’re looking for dependable, hands-on workers ready to jump into a solid manufacturing role with competitive pay and long-term potential.
Pay & Shifts - 3-Day Schedule
Available Pay:

• $20.08/hr on Friday & Saturday
• $40.16/hr on Sunday (double time)

Shift A - Friday & Saturday, 11:00pm – 11:00am, plus one or two 8-hour shifts during the week

Shift B - Saturday & Sunday, 11:00am – 11:00pm, plus one or two 8-hour shifts during the week

Training Note:

All new hires will complete training on a traditional 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift schedule. After training is complete, you will transition to your regularly scheduled 3-day schedule.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Operate and monitor manufacturing machines
• Load materials and keep production moving
• Make adjustments and troubleshoot when needed
• Perform quality checks to meet Titleist standards
• Hit production goals while working safely
• Work both independently and as part of a team

• Manufacturing or machine experience is a plus (training provided!)
• Reliable, dependable, and ready to work
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on role
• Strong work ethic and team mindset
• Open to overtime opportunities
