Position: Press Brake Operator Location: NE Portland, Oregon Pay: $25+/hr DOE (Union wage) Schedule: Day and swing shift availability – 4/10s schedule (four 10-hour shifts per week) Who We Are: We are a manufacturing team specializing in building military trailers and other heavy-duty custom equipment. What You’ll Do: Operate a Cincinnati press brake machine to fabricate precision parts used in military trailers and related equipment Work within the machining department supporting multiple production areas as needed Follow detailed prints and specifications to ensure accuracy and quality of finished parts Maintain a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment Cross-train on additional machines and processes within the facility What’s In It for You: $25+/hr DOE (Union wage) Strong benefits package and stable employment environment 4/10s schedule with day and swing shift options Cross-training opportunities across multiple machines and departments All PPE provided except steel-toe boots Room for wage growth and advancement Supportive management and team-oriented culture What You Need to Have: Minimum 2 years of press brake operator experience Experience with Cincinnati press brake preferred Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Good communication and interpersonal skills The Musts: Proven press brake operation experience (2+ years) Strong safety record and professional integrity Ability to read and follow technical drawings/prints Dependable attendance and punctuality Preferred: Prior experience with Cincinnati press brake machines Experience in heavy manufacturing or trailer fabrication Cross-training experience on other machining equipment Next Steps: Please respond with an updated resume!
