About the Role
As a Product Manager you will define and own the vision, strategy and roadmap for your product domain, using market, user and business insights to identify opportunities for improvement, innovation and differentiation.
You'll lead product discovery with design and engineering teams to validate problems and shape solutions, translating insights into clear product definitions including user stories, product requirements and acceptance criteria, while advocating for exceptional member experience and tracking OKRs and product metrics, evaluating outcomes and iterating to maximise member and business impact.
Communicating clearly with stakeholders and senior leaders, you'll provide transparency, alignment and informed decision making, driving alignment with other product domains to reduce friction and dependencies across initiatives.
Location / WFH:
You'll be based in the London office three days a week with flexibility to work from home twice a week in a hybrid model.
About you:
You have experience of product managing consumer facing digital products end-to-end, ideally mobile B2C applications
You have experience of product discovery tools and techniques and capable of switching from discovery to delivery
You have strong analytical skills and are comfortable working with data to make informed decisions
You have experience of working in cross functional Agile teams
You're familiar with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma and Firebase
You're collaborative and pragmatic with great communication and stakeholder management skills
