Level 3 EYFS Bedworth

About the role:
justteachers are supporting a primary school in Bedworth to recruit a Level 3 EYFS Teaching Assistant. This is a full-time role with a September 2026 start, fixed term until the end of the academic year. The school has an engaging Early Years environment with excellent indoor and outdoor learning spaces. Staff are encouraged to develop professionally through regular EYFS-focused CPD.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support children’s learning through play
• Deliver phonics and language activities
• Observe and record children’s progress
• Help maintain a stimulating learning environmen

Pre-requisites:

• Level 2 or higher teaching assistant qualification or equivalent (Must be relevant to working with children)
• Proven experience working with children in a school or relevant setting (That can be referenced)
• A minimum of two references that cover the past two years, including last employer. Ideally references will be education or school-based references
