We're looking for a Recruitment Consultant to help source top-tier talent and develop client relationships at tech start-ups, software houses and financial organisations across the UK, with a focus on London markets.

What You'll Do:
You'll deliver high-calibre technologists to meet client needs in technology roles
You'll manage and develop client relationships and grow your own portfolio (accelerating your commission as you contribute to business development)
You'll take ownership of the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to placement (with support from advertising and marketing teams)
You'll meet and exceed KPIs, contributing to the team's success with a focus on quality service
What We're Looking For:
You have previous experience as a Recruitment Consultant (tech or similar sectors)
You have a competitive and determined mindset
You have strong time-management skills and ability to deliver against KPIs
You're client focused with a consultative and ethical approach to recruitment
