Direct Service Professional (DSP) – Expert (On-Call/PRN) Pay rate: $20-$24 an hr Location: Ebensburg, PA 15931 (On-site) Facility: 24-hour residential care setting Openings: 6 Type: Long-term W2 contract | PRN / On-Call (shifts vary) Job Summary We’re hiring an experienced Direct Service Professional (DSP) – Expert to support individuals with developmental disabilities in a 24-hour residential facility. You’ll assist with day-to-day care and habilitative services based on each individual’s IHP/ISP (Individual Habilitation Plan/Individual Support Plan) and work alongside the Interdisciplinary Team (IDT). What You’ll Do Support delivery and documentation of daily services (self-care, socialization, health maintenance) per IHP/ISP Help implement Training Plans / Supplemental Procedures Record/report required information in unit records Collaborate with supervisors and the IDT to communicate progress, strengths, and needs Promote individual choice while maintaining safety and dignity Complete related duties to support unit operations Required Qualifications (must have) 2+ years of paid experience providing direct care + habilitative program services for individuals with developmental disabilities Completed the Client Aide Trainee Program Current BLS/CPR certification Able to work on-site in a 24-hour care facility Comfortable working an on-call/PRN schedule (one-call system alerts open shifts; staff call in to accept) Schedule Details PRN / On-Call.
