About the Role

Location: Home Health - Fort Worth Department: Custom Equipment & Mobility Shift: First Shift (United States of America) Standard Weekly Hours: 40 Summary: Responsible for management of Custom Mobility depart including ATP staff, technicians and the recruitment and retention of staff. The Manager for Custom Mobility department oversees the provision of optimal Custom Mobility care and leads the operation and clinical activities of the Custom Mobility team to ensure optimal outcomes for patients, operational efficiencies within the department and ensures customer satisfaction. The Manager for Custom Mobility ensures competency, compliance, and professional development of staff. The Manager for Custom Mobility will coordinate team activities, training, education, assessment and attainment of productivity metrics achieved to ensure excellent quality outcomes. All activities are completed in accordance with established policies, procedures, and regulations with the health and welfare of the patient paramount. The Manager understands and monitors the financial performance of the department. Collaborates with leadership to budget and manage financials with the goals and budget for the fiscal year. Assures work assignments and workflow is in accordance with established priorities and duties assigned. Responsible for management and/or creation of department policies and standard operating processes. Collaboration with other appropriate personnel to support company objectives and manage patient and client Custom Mobility needs.
