Accountant (Part Qualified)

Reactive Recruitment are partnering with a well-established Agri-feed manufacturing business in Monaghan, currently seeking a Part Qualified Accountant to join their finance team Role You will play a key role in ensuring accurate financial information, supporting cost control initiatives and contributing to continuous improvement across production, logistics and procurement. Responsibilities Assist with monthly management accounts, journals, balance sheet reconciliations and variance analysis Support budgeting, forecasting and KPI reporting Maintain and analyse product costing, BOMs and manufacturing variances Assist with stock takes, inventory reconciliations and valuation Support AP, AR, bank reconciliations and cashflow activities Assist with VAT returns, audits and financial controls Provide financial insight to production, commercial and procurement teams, including margin and pricing analysis Education & Experience Part-qualified or newly qualified accountant 1-3 years’ relevant accounting experience (industry or practice) Strong excel and accounting software Manufacturing, Agri-food or FMCG experience desirable Benefits 30 Day Annual Leave On-the-job training and mentoring from an experienced Financial Controller Exposure to manufacturing and cost accounting If you would like more information, hit apply now.
