Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from briefing to offer stage
Partnering with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring plans
Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
Coordinating interviews and managing candidate communications
Providing market insights and salary benchmarking
Ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience throughout
Supporting employer branding and talent attraction initiatives
