This is a part-time, on-call role supporting senior downsizing projects and online auction prep. What you’ll doSort, organize, and pack household items for move prep, donation, disposal, and auction Help set up online auction items (photograph items, write simple descriptions — we’ll train you) Assist with light cleaning, staging, labeling, and “making sense of the chaos” Support auction pickup days and basic customer interactions Follow clear checklists, safety guidelines, and respectful professionalism in clients’ homes Important noteWe are not movers. We use professional movers for heavy furniture and large items. You should be comfortable lifting/carrying up to ~25 lbs, climbing stairs, and being on your feet. Scheduling (read this part)This role is as-needed/on-call to start — meaning no guaranteed hours at first because workload varies week to week.
