<p>We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Sales Support Administrator to join a fast-growing Managed Service Provider (MSP) based in Chester.</p>
<p>The successful candidate will be responsible for providing sales support to the MSP’s clients, ensuring smooth delivery of services and providing technical advice and guidance.</p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<p>• Provide support to potential customers.<br />
• Assist in the preparation of sales proposals and presentations.<br />
• Manage customer quotes, enquiries and escalations.<br />
• Liaise with clients to understand their requirements and provide technical advice.<br />
• Monitor customer service levels and ensure customer satisfaction.<br />
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients.<br />
• Assist with the preparation of customer-facing documents such as contracts and proposals.</p>
<p><strong>Technical Skills Required:</strong></p>
<p>• Experience in the MSP industry<br />
• Strong knowledge of customer service and IT sales processes<br />
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills<br />
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work on tight deadlines<br />
• Ability to analyse customer requirements and identify solutions</p>
