This role offers a practical next step after technical college for individuals who want to build field experience, responsibility, and long-term career opportunity in facilities and property maintenance.<br><br>
</div><div><br></div><div>This is <strong>on-the-job employment</strong>, not a youth apprenticeship or college-administered program.<br><br>

<strong>What You’ll Do<br></strong><br>
</div><div>• Perform hands-on facilities and property maintenance work<br><br>
</div><div>• Work on residential and commercial properties<br><br>
</div><div>• Use professional tools and equipment<br><br>
</div><div>• Apply technical skills learned during technical college training<br><br>
</div><div>• Identify and solve maintenance issues on site<br><br>
