Telford (Office-Based) with regular travel across the UK & Ireland

Circa £55,000 plus benefits/bonuses

Job role / duties

• Lead product launches, drive demand through modern marketing campaigns and accelerate growth across distribution and OEM channels.
• Act as the bridge between product, sales and marketing, making sure solutions are visible, competitive, and positioned for success.
• Own and deliver end-to-end product launches across the UK & Ireland 
• Lead segment-focused campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion 
• ROI Reporting monthly to MD
• Increase product visibility and product width on distributor platforms 
• Collaborate with partners to create impactful campaigns and promotions 
• Develop stock and go-to-market strategies with distributors 
• Work closely with field and internal sales teams to align on growth strategies 
• Develop sales tools, content, and campaigns to support revenue targets 
• Actively engage with customers and partners to strengthen relationships 
• Identify growth opportunities across key verticals and applications 
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform positioning and pricing 

To be considered for this role you MUST:

• Be a proactive self-starter who takes full ownership and drives results 

• Possess experience in modern marketing practices (digital, campaigns, analytics) 

• Have proven ability to work with distribution channels and B2B environments

• Possess a commercial mindset with strong business and market awareness 

• Have exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills 

• Be willing to travel regularly across the UK & Ireland
