Lead the Delivery of Mission‑Critical Connectivity Across the Americas Are you a people-first leader with deep service delivery experience and a passion for operational excellence? At GTT, we’re looking for a Manager, Service Delivery – Project Management to lead a high-performing team responsible for delivering complex managed services and Ethernet solutions to enterprise customers across the Americas. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, balances collaboration with accountability, and takes ownership of customer outcomes end to end. About the Role As Manager, Service Delivery – Project Management, you will lead, develop, and scale a team of Project Managers responsible for the implementation and activation of GTT’s managed services portfolio. You will partner cross-functionally with Sales, Engineering, Operations, and external vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to customer expectations and SLAs. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop a team of Project Managers delivering customer-facing telecommunications projects Own service delivery performance, including SLAs, KPIs, quality, and customer satisfaction Coordinate internal and external resources to meet project milestones and business objectives Proactively identify, escalate, and resolve delivery risks and issues Drive continuous improvement across processes, tools, and team capability Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and enterprise customers Essential Experience 3–5 years of telecommunications experience, including 1+ year managing direct reports Project management experience delivering network, Ethernet, or managed services Experience with IP Transit, DIA, SD‑WAN, MPLS, Ethernet, or cloud networking Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills Ability to operate effectively in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment Nice to Have Bachelor’s degree Experience managing financial forecasts, operational metrics, or vendor performance Background in service provider or large‑scale enterprise environments Hours/Travel/Shift: Standard business hours; occasional travel may be required.
