Finance Programme Manager

We are proud to be a long-term recruitment partner (15+ years) to one of the world’s leading international banks. Our client is seeking an experienced Programme Manager to lead high-profile change programs within their Finance Portfolio.

This is a senior role driving delivery of finance transformation, digitalisation, and regulatory change projects across their EMEA operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead complex Finance Change & Technology projects from initiation to delivery.

• Manage timelines, budgets, risks, RAID logs and stakeholder reporting.

• Partner with senior business and technology leaders, external vendors, and consultants.

• Drive strong governance, steering committees, and cross-functional working groups.

• Deliver programs in line with regulatory requirements, operational risk standards, and global frameworks.

Skills & Experience

• 10+ years’ experience delivering large-scale Finance/Banking technology change programs.

• Proven track record in managing regulatory or finance transformation projects.

• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.

• Experience across end-to-end lifecycle delivery (SDLC, waterfall & agile).

• A financial services background is essential.
   
• Relevant certifications (Prince2, PMI, Six Sigma, Agile) desirable.
