Our client is transforming the way businesses and banks work together. They have created a cloud-hosted platform through which information and services are shared between businesses and financial institutions.

For businesses, they provide integrated financial management, including forecasting and risk management. For banks, they enable them to deliver tailored products and insights, supported with real-time data. The business is an ecosystem that brings businesses and banks together and are entering an exciting new chapter: the era of Agentic SaaS, where intelligent AI agents help humans work faster, think deeper, and achieve more.

About the Role

We are looking for an Operations Intern to help design and implement AI enabled workflows across our internal operations and ways of working.

You’ll play a central role in documenting business functions, processes, and expertise to help train AI agents that support both our internal teams and our customers. This role sits at the intersection of technology, product design, and business understanding.

You’ll learn how a modern SaaS FinTech operates, how AI is transforming software development, and how to

convert business knowledge into intelligent, conversational systems that act like digital co-workers.

This is an outstanding opportunity to work in an innovation-driven environment blending creativity, logic, and communication while building the foundations of a next-generation career in AI, product, or consulting.

Responsibilities

AI Workflows and Agent Support

Map and document key business functions, workflows, and best practices across the company.

Collaborate with domain experts across product, engineering, compliance, and go to market teams to capture operational knowledge.

Structure this knowledge into reusable frameworks, enabling the training of AI agents.

Support in designing prompt libraries, workflows and documentation for AI-driven automation.

Assist in testing, refining, and improving internal AI agents based on feedback and real world usage.

Explore emerging AI and low code tools and assess how they could improve workflows and efficiency.

Operational and Compliance Process Support

Support the documentation and maintenance of operational processes across the business.

Assist with structured documentation required for compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001, ISO 42001, and SOC 2.

Help maintain policies, procedures, registers, and supporting documentation.

Contribute to improving clarity and consistency in how processes and controls are documented.

Support preparation of documentation and evidence required for internal reviews and audits.

Go to Market Support and Cross Functional Collaboration

Support the Go to Market team in documenting workflows, onboarding processes, and client related procedures.

Assist in preparing structured materials such as proposals, case studies, internal guides, and supporting documentation using AI tools where appropriate.

Contribute to internal knowledge bases that support sales enablement and consistent messaging.

Help create training materials and guidance to support the adoption of AI enabled workflows.

Facilitate knowledge sharing across teams to encourage consistent use of AI tools and processes.

Skills & Experience

Must Have:

Degree in a related field: Business Information Systems, Computer Science, Maths, Data Analytics, Finance, or Engineering with a minimum 2.1.

Strong written English and attention to structure, clarity, and precision.

High proficiency in Microsoft Word / Excel and an ability to learn new software quickly.

Curiosity about Artificial Intelligence and how businesses are being reshaped by technology.

Organised and methodical, with the ability to document complex ideas simply.

A proactive mindset eager to learn, experiment, and contribute ideas.

What You’ll Learn

How AI agents are trained, deployed, and improved in live business systems.

How to map and document workflows in a structured, repeatable way.

How product, engineering, and business teams collaborate in a SaaS AI first FinTech.

Practical exposure to Agentic SaaS, AI-first software development, and prompt engineering.

The fundamentals of building intelligent, context-aware products that blend human expertise with machine intelligence.

Person Profile

We’re looking for someone who is:

Intellectually curious, with a love of learning.

Analytical but creative able to connect ideas across technology and business.

A clear communicator who can explain complex ideas simply.

Excited about shaping the future of AI and financial technology.

Motivated by purpose, excellence, and building things that matter.

Why Join Us

You’ll be part of a team defining how businesses and banks will work together in the next decade.

You’ll gain hands-on experience in the next evolution of SaaS and learn how to bridge human intelligence with artificial intelligence in a real commercial environment.

You’ll be mentored by leaders working at the intersection of finance, data, and AI, and play a key role in shaping the next generation of intelligent financial systems. This will be a role, where you can move into many disciplines as you shape your career in finance.
