They’re looking for a proactive, strategic and people-driven Sales Manager to join their Events team and take the lead on corporate meetings and conference bookings.

£38,000 per annum plus £2,000 to £2,500 service charge and a 15% annual bonus

Responsibilities as the Sales Manager…
Taking ownership of enquiries from proposal through to conversion
Building strong relationships with key clients and corporate bookers
Working closely with the event planning and operations teams to ensure a smooth handover and seamless delivery
Proactively developing new business and spotting opportunities to grow revenue
Managing and mentoring a small team
We’re looking for someone who:
Has experience managing events within a 4 or 5-star hotel or large venue
Understands the pace and precision required in high-volume conference and event environments
Is a confident communicator and natural relationship builder
Can lead from the front and get the best out of a team
Brings energy, drive and a solution-focused mindset to everything they do
