<p>We are looking for a <strong>Senior PLM Business Analyst</strong> to drive the continuous evolution of our PLM landscape. In this role, you will partner with engineering and business stakeholders to design future-ready processes and translate them into effective Teamcenter solutions, ensuring seamless integration across the digital thread with ERP, MES, and other enterprise systems.</p>

<p><strong>System Expertise & Configuration</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Lead the analysis, design, and continuous improvement of engineering and product lifecycle management (PLM) business processes.</li>
<li>Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Teamcenter solutions.</li>
<li>Drive process standardization and promote PLM best practices, ensuring alignment between business objectives and system capabilities.</li>
<li>Define functional specifications, support solution design, and work closely with internal and external development teams throughout implementation and testing.</li>
<li>Act as a trusted advisor to business users by supporting user adoption, facilitating workshops, and own the long-term PLM roadmap.</li>
<li>Plan, coordinate, and manage PLM project timelines, resources, risks, and stakeholder communication to ensure on-time and on-scope delivery</li>

<ul>
<li>Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.</li>
<li>Several years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, or Process Consultant in a PLM environment, with hands-on experience in Teamcenter or a comparable PLM platform.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of engineering processes such as product structures, engineering change management, document management, CAD data management, and configuration management.</li>
<li>Proven ability to facilitate workshops, analyze complex business requirements, and translate them into practical, user-centric system solutions.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Spoken Languages</strong>:</p>
<ul>
<li>Proficiency in English is essential.</li>
<li>German language can be beneficial.</li>
