About the Role

On behalf of our private corporate client delivering bespoke architectural & interior design services internationally, we are seeking an experienced, enthusiastic candidate to join a successful team. This dynamic team manages approximately 15 live projects at any one time, servicing a discerning HNWI clientele from their Kent base (near Ashford). Working  alongside the directors to implement, drive and generate strategic business growth. Central to the role is building and nurturing relationships within an exclusive market — strengthening existing connections and, importantly, uncovering new introductions within the HNWI sector. The position is highly visible and integral to the company’s long-term success, with genuine progression opportunities and, over time, potential equity participation for the right candidate. Role will be 4-5 days office based for the first 3-6 months and then possibly 3 days office based and 2 days remote.  Days of work: Full time office hours Responsibilities and duties: Identifying and engaging professionals operating within the HNWI marketplace, including estate agents, private offices, private banks and related sectors Building meaningful, long-term relationships through proactive outreach Representing the brand confidently via phone and face-to-face interaction and not solely emails - this is a 60% direct comms role  Supporting the directors in executing the company’s expansion strategy Occasioanl travel aboard, max 3/4 days a trip, mainly to Europe, opening doors and exploring leads Skills required: Strong understanding of the HNWI world and its nuances Exceptional communication skills of the highest calibre Highly organised and administratively proficient Driven, ambitious and commercially minded Positive, optimistic and proactive attitude (experience is helpful, but mindset is more important) Salary: £35-45k gross+ commission (OTE £45-55k+ DOE) Start: asap Unless otherwise specified a minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience is required to receive the advertised rate of pay.
