Onsite Account Manager
AM2PM Group are recruiting for an Onsite Account Manager to join our team in Bury St Edmunds. In this role, you'll be acting as the on-site representative responsible for the day-to-day delivery of temporary workforce services within a logistics or industrial client environment.
Whilst ensuring safe, compliant and consistent workforce fulfilment while building strong operational relationships with client supervisors and management teams.

Salary: £29,000 - £35,000 per annum DOE
Location: Bury St Edmonds
Hours of work: Operational shift flexibility required
Duration: Permanent

Requirements of an Onsite Account Manager
You will need the following:
- Experience working within industrial, logistics or high-volume recruitment environments
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced warehouse or production setting
- Strong relationship builder with frontline supervisors and managers
- Confident managing large blue-collar workforces
- Practical problem solver with strong organisational skills
- Ability to work early shifts, late shifts or flexible patterns aligned to operations
- High attention to detail around compliance and workforce data
- Calm under operational pressure
- Hands-on and visible leadership style
- Strong communication skills across workforce and client stakeholders
Role of an Onsite Account Manager
- Manage daily on-site workforce operations including attendance, shift starts and workforce allocation
- Act as the primary on-site contact for client operational teams
- Ensure fulfilment against agreed workforce volumes and shift requirements
- Conduct daily worker check-ins, inductions and engagement activity
- Monitor absence, lateness and attrition trends and take proactive action
- Support rapid response to volume changes, peaks and operational issues
- Maintain strong visibility on the shop floor and across operational areas
- Escalate performance, safety or supply risks quickly
- Work closely with Recruitment and Delivery teams to maintain pipeline strength
- Ensure compliance with right to work, onboarding and site standards
- Maintain accurate worker records, timesheets and system data
- Support health and safety culture and promote safe working practices
- Participate in operational reviews and client performance meetings
- Drive workforce retention and positive worker experience on site
