About the Role

Customer / Sales Administrator

Our client is looking for a Customer / Sales Administrator to join their team and support on a diverse product range. You'll play a key role in ensuring smooth order processing, helping manage inventory, and providing top-notch sales support to our customers and product managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle telephone enquiries in a courteous, confident, and professional manner.
  • Provide administration support across all product groups to facilitate order processing and timely delivery.
  • Accurately enter sales orders and assist with quote preparation.
  • Support product managers in forecasting and monitoring stock availability.
  • Liaise with production, finance, transport, and other departments to manage customer expectations and resolve potential issues.
  • Help optimise processes and maintain high levels of customer service.
  • Provide technical advice and support, converting enquiries into sales where possible.

Based in Inkberrow, commutable from Pershore, Worcester and surrounding areas

Salary TBA on application plus discretionary 5% annual bonus, good employer pension contributions, life assurance, health cash plan and salary sacrifice scheme after qualifying period.
