About the Role
Ben jij de gedreven stagiair(e) die ons team komt versterken? Als stagiair(e) intern accountmanager help je mee aan de groei van Remeha in ons segment. Samen met je collega’s ga je aan de slag om de groeidoelstellingen te realiseren. Je bent de schakel tussen Remeha en onze klanten. Je werkt samen met het team en houdt de concurrentie in de gaten. Met jouw kennis en enthousiasme zorg je voor een optimale service en ondersteuning van klanten, zowel in projecten als bij vragen en bestellingen. Orderverwerking: Proces begeleiden van verkooporders in ons ERP-systeem en zorgen voor een vlotte levering. Klanttevredenheid: Helpen bij het oplossen van klantproblemen en zorgen voor een hoge klanttevredenheid. Administratie: Zorgdragen voor een nauwkeurige administratie van klantgegevens en artikel data Innovatie: Meedenken over salesstrategieën en nieuwe ideeën voorstellen. Vaardigheden: Sterke administratieve vaardigheden. Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal, zowel in woord als geschrift. Communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk. Kerncompetenties: Organisatie: Je kunt werkzaamheden efficiënt plannen en prioriteren. Betrouwbaarheid: Je levert altijd kwaliteitswerk en houdt je aan afspraken. Communicatief: Je kunt helder en effectief communiceren met verschillende stakeholders. Analytisch: Je hebt het vermogen om problemen te identificeren en oplossingen te vinden. Flexibiliteit: Je kunt gemakkelijk inspelen op veranderende omstandigheden en nieuwe uitdagingen.
