Required Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to operate printing press equipment safely and efficiently
- Good problem-solving skills and keen observational skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with press setup and maintenance
- Familiarity with splicing units and roll handling
- Prior experience in a printing or manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of safety procedures and protocols
Preferred Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a press operator or similar role is preferred
- Manufacturing or technical training is a plus
Other Requirements:
- Ability to work second shift hours (e.g., 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM)
- Must be reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
- Physical ability to lift and handle heavy paper rolls and equipment
