Exact Staff is hiring Production Workers in City of Industry, CA for a high-volume flower distribution center preparing for peak season. With 12+ hour shifts and plenty of overtime, you can earn $1,500β$1,800 per week. English and Spanish speakers welcome β apply today!
Pay & Schedule
- $17.50/hr | Overtime: $26.25/hr

What You'll Do
- Sort, pack, and label floral products accurately and efficiently
- Prepare orders for shipping and distribution
- Palletize and organize products
- Maintain speed and accuracy in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Follow all safety and warehouse procedures
What We're Looking For
- Able to work in cold storage environment (30Β°F)
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift as needed
- Available for weekends and overtime β 12+ hour shifts
- English or Spanish speakers welcome
- No experience required β we will train the right people
