About the Role
We are seeking a talented individual to join our Billing/Invoicing team at Marsh. This role will be based in Warsaw. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
The Billing/Invoicing Team Leader with Italian will lead a team responsible for billing and invoicing operations within our shared service centre. You will manage and develop your team, collaborate closely with Italian-speaking stakeholders, and drive process improvements to ensure high-quality service delivery.
We will count on you to:
Create and manage a team of billing/invoicing specialists: recruiting, motivating, coaching and developing team members by setting clear goals, managing and prioritizing workload and monitoring performance
Close cooperation with Italian speaking stakeholders
Plan and develop new procedures within area of a team responsibility
Resolve internal clients escalations in a timely manner
Implement business-focused solutions within time and/or cost constraints
Prepare management reports
Drive process improvements
Coordinate various projects and team initiatives
What you need to have:
At least 2 years of experience in the field of people management
Minimum 4 years of professional experience in environment of shared service centre
Knowledge of the basic billing/invoicing processes and customer service
Excellent command of spoken and written English and Italian
Ability to plan resources and track utilization of the team
