Are you looking for a new and exciting challenge as a Food Production Operative? If so, we have a full-time position available in Haddenham, HP17 8LB.
You will be working on behalf of a well-known food production company ensuring customers receive the best products.
Pay Rate as a Production Operative:
Days: £12.25p/h
Overtime: £17.70 p/h
Sunday: £23.60p/h
£15 per day attendance allowance for shifts over 6 hours
Nights: Rate of pay £13.54 increasing to £15.00 after 12 weeks
Overtime:£19.56p/h
Sundays:£26.08 p/h
Typical hours as a Food Production Operative will be:
Days: 06:00 – 14:00 | 13:45 – 22:00 early finish on Friday at 20:45
Nightshift hours: 21:45 – 06:00 Monday to Thursday | Friday is 20:30 – 03:30
You will be working Monday to Friday with early finishes on Friday!
As a Food Production Operative, you will be responsible for:
Weighing and checking raw materials before production
Packing packets of sauces on a production line and working towards deadlines and targets.
To ensure food safety measures are adhered
To run quality checks post-production.
To carry out simple repetitive standard operating procedures
