Job Title: Extrusion Blow Mold Machine Operator Location: Piedmont, South Carolina 29673 Hourly Rate: $25 Schedule: 8:00am - 4:00pm Monday - Friday Job Overview Join our Piedmont team as an Extrusion Blow Mold Machine Operator. In this role, you'll oversee machine operations, ensure quality standards, and contribute to a safe, efficient work environment, all for an attractive pay rate of $25 per hour. What You’ll Do Set up, adjust, and operate extrusion blow molding equipment Inspect products for defects and ensure compliance with specifications Maintain a safe working environment and promote safety culture Collaborate with quality and engineering teams to meet product specifications Perform minor equipment adjustments and troubleshoot operational issues What We’re Looking For High school diploma or equivalent, technical training preferred Previous experience with extrusion blow molding machines Knowledge of plastics manufacturing processes Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs for extended periods Perks & Benefits of Working with WorkSmart Health benefits Earned wage access 401k plan Referral and longevity bonuses Equal Employment Opportunity WorkSmart is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
