YOUR TASKS 🏭 Manufacturing Engineer I 📍 Location / Ubicación: Amexhe, Guanajuato 🎯 Role Objective Plan, define, and improve manufacturing processes and production sequences for electronic manufacturing, ensuring efficiency, robustness, compliance with quality standards, and readiness for serial production. 🛠️ Key Responsibilities - Support the development and implementation of manufacturing methods for new and existing production processes. - Plan and specify manufacturing sequences, work cycles, capacities, and required production equipment. - Define and document process flows, operating instructions, and related production documentation. - Support the procurement or internal manufacturing of operating and testing equipment. - Participate in risk analysis using Process FMEA and implement improvement actions. - Prepare, update, and manage production and quality documentation. - Support pre‑series and series audits in manufacturing and quality. - Plan and coordinate the preparation and validation of initial samples. - Support change management activities (process changes, feasibility analysis, costing, timing). - Apply basic Lean Manufacturing / OEE concepts to improve efficiency. - Use basic knowledge of SMT processes (Ekra printing, Pick & Place, AOI, ICT, EOL) to support and document production processes. - Interpret basic technical drawings. - Ensure compliance with industrial safety and environmental regulations.
