About the Role
ISE Partners are working on a fantastic opportunity for a polished, professional, and high-potential graduate who is looking for a receptionist job and to build a long-term career within a corporate finance / investment environment.<br><br>This role will suit someone with 1-3 years’ experience as a Receptionist, Team Assistant, Admin Assistant or Junior EA in a corporate environment who enjoys being front-facing but is equally confident providing administrative support to an investment team.<br><strong><br>The Role:</strong><br>This is a hybrid position combining reception coverage with Team Assistant support to a group of Executives / Investment professionals. You’ll play a key role in the smooth running of a professional, high-end office. £40-£65k depending on experience.<br><strong><br>What You’ll Be Doing:</strong><br><strong>Reception & Office Coordination</strong><br><ul><li>Acting as the first face and voice of the business, welcoming high-end clients with confidence and warmth</li><li>Answering and screening calls in a professional, efficient manner</li><li>Managing meeting rooms and Outlook calendars</li><li>Setting up meeting rooms and coordinating teas, coffees, breakfasts, and lunches</li><li>Ordering taxis, couriers, and managing deliveries</li><li>Maintaining a polished reception and meeting room environment</li><li>Handling post, incoming and outgoing</li><li>Supporting wider office operations when required</li></ul><strong>Team Assistant / Junior EA Support</strong><br><ul><li>Providing day-to-day administrative support to Executives</li><li>Scheduling meetings and calls</li><li>Arranging domestic and international travel</li><li>Processing expenses</li><li>Maintaining organised files and documentation</li><li>Supporting compliance administration</li><li>Working collaboratively with other EAs to provide cover during busy periods and absences</li></ul><strong>About You:</strong><br><ul><li>Graduate-calibre with 1-3 years’ solid experience in a corporate environment</li><li>Professional, articulate, well-presented and confident dealing with senior stakeholders and clients</li><li>Strong organisational skills and attention to detail</li><li>Comfortable juggling reception duties with administrative support</li><li>Working knowledge or exposure to finance highly desirable</li><li>Confident using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook</li><li>A roll-up-your-sleeves attitude with a genuine desire to learn and grow</li></ul><br>If you’re looking for a role where you can represent a business at the front door, build trusted internal relationships, and develop your EA skills set, this is a brilliant next step.
