Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting a Staff Accountant for a client of ours in Morrisville, NC. This position is a temp-to-hire opportunity. Responsibilities Review accuracy of revenue recognition, certify that expenses are properly categorized, and prepare summary reports Perform General Ledger account reconciliations, to include: bank, intercompany, AR, AP, fixed assets, and inventory Perform vendor invoice processing Review and process travel/expense reports Enter and deposit customer payments Collect outstanding receivables Assist with monthly physical count Research/resolve inventory discrepancies Post inventory adjustments to General Ledger Prepare sales tax return for various states Research various state requirements Perform monthly forecast of Cash Flow and Income Statements Assist with annual budget, to include: entry into General Ledger system Provide guidance to internal staff on proper use of software Develop procedures for continual improvement of interaction with Navision Ensure compliance with subsidiary QA guidelines for the United States and FDA
