About the Role

Site Planner – Power Plant Projects EarthStream Global are urgently seeking an experienced Site Planner to support the delivery of complex power plant construction projects. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, understands the unique challenges of large‑scale energy projects, and brings strong technical and commercial awareness to the table. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, maintain, and optimise detailed project schedules using Primavera P6, ensuring alignment with project milestones, engineering deliverables, procurement activities, and construction sequences. Work closely with project managers, engineering teams, construction leads, and subcontractors to gather progress data and update schedules accurately. Analyse schedule performance, identify risks, and propose mitigation strategies to maintain project timelines. Produce weekly and monthly planning reports, including progress curves, look‑ahead schedules, critical path analysis, and variance reports. Support site teams with short‑term planning, resource forecasting, and productivity tracking. Integrate cost and schedule data to support cost control, forecasting, and earned value management. Collaborate with the commercial and finance teams to monitor budget performance, identify cost deviations, and support corrective action planning. Ensure planning and cost‑control processes comply with project governance, contractual requirements, and industry best practices. Participate in site coordination meetings and contribute to decision‑making with clear, data‑driven insights. Required Experience & QualificationsProven experience as a Site Planner or Project Planner on power plants Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 Strong understanding of cost control principles, including budgeting, forecasting, and earned value analysis. Solid knowledge of construction methodologies, sequencing, and site operations within power generation environments. Ability to interpret engineering drawings, construction plans, and technical documentation. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights. Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills, with the confidence to challenge assumptions and influence decisions. Relevant degree or technical qualification in engineering, construction management, or a related field (preferred).
