Cboe Clear Europe is a pan-European Central Counterparty, the most connected CCP in Europe – offering clearing services to 46 trading venues. seasoned finance professional with business accumen

You are responsible for the financial strategy, planning, and management of the company, ensuring alignment with the majority shareholder. This role involves overseeing all financial operations, ensuring the company’s financial health, and supporting the CEO and Management Board in strategic decision-making. You lead budgeting and forecasting processes. You are manager of a team of 8 finance professionals based in Amsterdam. The CFO plays a critical role in driving the company’s growth and maintaining cost control while ensuring compliance with financial regulations. You report into the CEO with a dotted line to the SVP Finance in de US. You work closely together with the London finance team.

Profiel

• experienced CFO, manager of a team of professionals
• minimum of 12 years experience in financial analysis, consulting or accounting, part of which preferably in the financial sector
• IFRS and US GAAP experience preferred
• open personality, calm and reassuring
• collaboration skills across the global finance function, support departments, and business lines
• preferably Dutch speaking
