Sacco Mann is once again working with the UK subsidiary of a leading NYSE Fortune 500 organisation with a global presence across 60 offices in 20 countries, spanning insurance, reinsurance, specialist advisory, and investment operations.

This is not a conventional claims handling role. Here, legal and insurance professionals operate close to decision-makers, with genuine visibility, influence, and commercial exposure.

The Role

If your current position feels process-driven or repetitive, this opportunity offers a totally different experience. You will work within a highly regarded in-house claims function, managing a varied caseload across multiple classes of business, including:

• Professional Indemnity
• Cyber
• Management Liability
• Employers’ Liability
• Public Liability

This is not a “conveyor belt” claims role. You will take full ownership of matters from notification through resolution, interpreting policy, exercising judgment, and engaging directly with stakeholders.

The Candidate

We are seeking professionals with:

• Experience as a Professional Indemnity claims handler within insurance, or as a legal professional with Professional Indemnity or Defendant Clinical Negligence experience
• Experience of Cyber claims is of particular interest, but not essential
• Detailed knowledge of policy wordings and their application, particularly in Professional Indemnity, Cyber, or Management Liability
• A desire for greater autonomy, responsibility, and commercial exposure

Location & Package

• Primarily based in central Leeds, with one day per week from home
• 17% performance bonus
• 12% pension
