(UK GAAP/US GAAP/IFRS) Skilled in accounting processes, reconciliations, and compliance across multiple entities Highly professional, adaptable, and effective in remote or hybrid environments Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills About Your Role Always Lead preparation and review of complex accounts and financial statements across multiple clients Ensure accounting compliance, controls, and reporting standards are consistently applied Manage and mentor junior and mid-level staff, acting as a senior presence across projects Provide insight and guidance to support decision-making Often Oversee bookkeeping, reconciliations, and ad hoc accounting assignments Deliver large and complex projects, sometimes spanning multiple entities or locations Contribute to process improvements, risk management, and advisory initiatives Liaise with internal and external stakeholders as required Occasionally Participate in temporary secondments or short-term assignments Assist with operational initiatives, system rollouts, or workflow enhancements Support team development, resource planning, and project prioritisation
