<p><strong>About the role</strong></p>
<p>As we strengthen our presence in Cameroon, we are looking for a highly driven Performance Marketing Manager to lead user acquisition initiatives in the country. This role is responsible for defining and scaling data-driven digital marketing strategies, while leveraging strong local market knowledge to support sustainable growth.</p>
<p>You will work cross-functionally with product, analytics, and creative teams to scale growth efficiently in a fast-paced, competitive environment.</p>
<p><strong>What you'll be doing</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Own and drive the performance marketing strategy for Cameroon across web and app, with accountability for growth, budget management, and ROI</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Collaborate with the User Acquisition team on multi-channel execution across Google Ads, Meta Ads, mobile DSPs, and other relevant marketing channels</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Identify, analyze, and prioritize growth opportunities by assessing market dynamics, user behavior, and funnel performance</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Define and execute a structured testing and learning roadmap to improve core KPIs (CPA, LTV, conversion rate), with a strong focus on efficiency</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Develop and scale affiliate, programmatic, and local partnership channels, evaluating incremental value and long-term contribution to market growth</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Lead performance analysis using analytics and attribution tools, translating data into clear insights and recommendations</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Work closely with product, analytics, and creative teams to deliver localized, high-impact campaigns and influence roadmap decisions</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Monitor competitors, regulatory developments, and industry trends to uncover new growth levers</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Build and maintain strong relationships with key platforms, publishers, and local partners to secure strategic and operational advantages</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Provide leadership within areas of responsibility, fostering ownership, collaboration, and a results-oriented, data-driven culture</p>
</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>What you'll bring</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>
<p>3+ years of experience in performance marketing or user acquisition</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Proven experience delivering results in the Cameroon market</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Fluency in English and French</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Strong hands-on experience with major performance marketing platforms</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Advanced analytical skills with the ability to drive decisions from data</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Solid understanding of digital marketing fundamentals across paid media and acquisition funnels</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Strong awareness of Cameroonian digital consumer behavior, local platforms, and regulatory context</p>
</li>
</ul>
