<ul>
<li>Take ownership of on-time delivery of production orders</li>
<li>Align the production planning in a diverse environment with stakeholders in Manufacturing, Assembly, Supply Chain, Engineering and Quality</li>
<li>Operate the MES with regard to order management from order creation to order completion</li>
<li>Optimize the production sequences in respect to change over times, prioritization and overall utilization</li>
<li>Lead shopfloor meetings and ensure consistent communication between the different departments</li>
<li>Be an outstanding example for the employees with a dedication to problem solving and continuous improvement<em> </em></li>

<li>Successful apprenticeship / technician in a metal working area or a similar technical education</li>
<li>High technical understanding and able to read and understand technical drawings</li>
<li>3 – 5 years of experience in metal machining or relevant manufacturing technologies</li>
<li>Passionate about new space, curious and eager to learn</li>
<li>Driven to deliver and constantly push the boundaries</li>
<li>Take ownership and accountability for your own actions and learn from mistakes</li>
<li>Humble and willing to go out of your way to help others</li>
<li>Can-do attitude and outstanding communication skills</li>
<li>Fluent German and English language skills</li>
