Requirements
You’re a perfect fit if:
you have experience in recruitment;
you have a University degree (preferred majors: human resource management, psychology, sociology or postgraduate studies in HR);
you have knowledge related to candidate selection, assessment and recommendation;
you know systems, channels and tools used in the recruitment process, including social media;
you are an analytical thinker, you care about following internal procedures and enjoy working in a team;
you have very good work organization skills and are characterized by effectiveness, precision, initiative and commitment to duties;
you are fluent in English;
you are skilled at using Microsoft Office suite software;
you have a category B driving license.

Nice to Have:

Job Description
You will be responsible for:
performing recruitment and contacting candidates;
co-creating job offers and posting then on the company website and recruitment sites;
creating reports and summaries (Excel);
finding new talents, including direct searching;
building a professional and positive company image;
supporting activities related to employer branding;
supporting the HR department in handling employee benefits;
analysis of the recruitment activities of the company and its direct competition;
assisting in the organization of job fairs and representing the company during events;
carrying out basic duties related to internal and external communication;
participating in projects related to human resources, payroll and administration;
participating in projects related to employee engagement, assessment, development and succession;
